Our background, our philosophy and history.
Background
The impetus to create Orthobridge came from two leading UK Orthodontists. Dr. Robert Slater, founder of One Devonshire Place and former chairman of the British Lingual Orthodontic Society, and Dr. Justin Evans, co-founder of North Cardiff Orthodontic centre, Embrace orthodontics and Crocodile orthodontics in Cardiff, Wales and Cowbridge orthodontics in the vale of Glamorgan.
Rob and Justin evidenced the need for a modern, cloud-based patient and practice management system specifically for Orthodontic practices and joined forces with John Curley, the co-founder of TrakCel, whose technology platform manages the delivery of autologous and allogeneic cell and gene therapies on behalf of pharmaceutical companies around the globe, launching the Orthobridge solution in late 2022.
Our philosophy
Our basic philosophy is that our technology must be simple to use, fast and comprehensive. We will settle for nothing less. As Leonardo Da Vinci stated, "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" and we continually strive to ensure that we deliver powerful, easy-to-use software that positively affects our users and patients every single day.
