We made the move over to Orthobridge almost a year ago now and it has been a brilliant decision for our busy mixed Orthodontic practice.
The team at Orthobridge made the migration from Orthotrac pretty seamless and our onboarding and after-training support was excellent with the customer service team very responsive to any queries we had. In particular Beth has been extremely supportive and is not only insanely knowledgeable about the software, but she understands how we need our practice to run; explaining how best we can utilise the full function of the software for both our NHS and private patients.
The Orthobridge package has allowed us to streamline a lot of administrative processes which werepreviously operated through multiple software systems. It is very intuitive and adaptable so can beeasily configured for any practice; I have been particulary pleased by the integration of the patient communication software. I have also been extremely impressed by the responsiveness of the customer service and development team who have listened to our ideas/queries and have continued to improve and develop the system based on the feedback from current users.
It is clear to see that this company will not stand still and will continue to adapt and develop to the needs of their clients. I am excited to see what the future holds!

It is always very daunting with any I.T change and the new OrthoBridge system has been a steep learning curve for the whole team, but the team @360 Ortho are not only very knowledgeable but have been incredibly responsive with any queries we may have.
The migration over to the new system was daunting but all information was transferred inline with all onboarding timeframe we had scheduled with minimal disruption to our clinics. They genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to ensure that we are happy with the services provided.
The OrthoBridge system itself is constantly evolving, and they are open to any feedback and system request that we may have, and if of benefit they have incorporated it into the updates, which when done are always communicated via e-mail with itemised details of specific changes for each section.
