Our support team know our systems and software inside out and are on hand to answer any questions and queries you have. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the IT industry and the orthodontic market, they will work to resolve your problems as quickly as possible.

Technical support is available via telephone, email or remotely, so we can log on to your computer and identify and resolve any local or network related issues as soon as possible.

We do not operate through a call centre, so you can build up a strong relationship with each member of the support team.

Opening hours

UK Support is contactable during UK and European office hours, and is available Monday – Saturday between 8.00am and 8.30pm, excluding Public Holidays.

Outside these hours you can email and leave a message which will be answered as soon as possible.
